We keep only enough stock for the next 3 days, so you can rest easy knowing that our baby formula is as fresh as possible. All orders are processed is in real time and under 24 hours, even during weekends from our mainland-Europe warehouse (orders of UK products will usually show an update after the weekend, on Mondays).

We realize that parents need formula, and they need it fast. For this reason we don't even bother teasing our customers with slow shipping options - all our packages are shipped using the fastest available method. As soon as we have a tracking number to share, it'll be in your inbox. If we send you a tracking number on the weekend, it may not be fully updated by the carrier until Monday. Orders are shipped from Europe and often reach our customers within 24-48 hours. Typical shipping timeframes to the USA are 1-6 business days.

Because we're working around the clock to ship out your formula, we have very tight turnaround requirements. This means that if you choose to cancel an order we can only accommodate this within 30 minutes, or at the latest by midnight ET (whichever is sooner). Otherwise your formula is likely already in transit and we aren't able to stop the shipment. By the way, our customer support team is awesome.

Formula is heavy and we want to deliver it as quickly as possible. All subscriptions automatically qualify for free shipping, and any order above $190 will also be shipped at no cost to you. At this time we are only able to ship to the lower 48 states.

We work around the clock to access the freshest batches of baby formulas, delivered directly to our warehouse every 2-3 days - meaning you always have access to only the freshest available baby formula in the market. If it isn't fresh, we won't sell it.

Baby formula is a highly hygienic product. We realize that sometimes customers make mistakes in their purchases, but if it the formula leaves our warehouse, due to the sensitive nature of this food item we can't accept any returns or cancellations.
