We used both HiPP UK and HiPP German at different stages, and I noticed subtle differences that actually mattered for our baby. The UK version was gentler at first and really helped with digestion and gas, but once we switched to the German version, her poops became more regular and her skin improved slightly. I think the added prebiotics in HiPP German might’ve played a role in calming some of the eczema flare-ups, but every baby reacts differently. For dairy sensitivity, we also talked to our pediatrician about trying HiPP Comfort or goat milk-based formulas as an alternative. If HiPP UK is working for digestion, that’s already a win, but if the eczema continues, it might be worth testing a box or two of the German version. We saw the best results by trialing small amounts and watching closely for any changes in skin or tummy issues.
