HiPP HA Stage PRE Formula is a hydrolyzed formula in which cow's milk proteins are broken down by 86-87%, and while many babies with a cow's milk protein allergy may thrive on this formula, it is not suitable for every child with CMPA. Important Feeding Information
- Each baby formula uses different mixing proportions. Only use the scoop that is included in your formula.
- Only add water and scoops at the ratios intended by the manufacturer. Do not supplement the milk feeds with any additional ingredients.
- Do not prepare feeds in advance. In order to maintain maximum nutritional value, use the feeds immediately and dispose of any leftovers feed.
- Once prepared, feed should be used within 2 hours. Prepared formula should not be refrigerated, stored, or reheated in any way, as this could increase the risk of bacterial contamination from sources external to the formula, and storage may cause prepared formula to separate.
- Once opened, formula should be used within 21 days. Any unopened formula should not be used after the expiration date printed by the manufacturer on the box.

About HiPP German HA Stage PRE
If your baby has high sensitivity to cow's milk proteins which may be causing skin problems, digestion problems, or hay fever-like symptoms, then HiPP HA German Hydrolyzed Stage PRE Combiotic Formula will be your new best friend! This nutritionally complete formula is suitable for infants from birth up through six months of age, and can be used on its own or as a supplement to breast feeding.
This formula is similar to some other hypoallergenic formulas. How is this formula made to by hydrolyzed? HiPP HA Stage PRE contains long chain milk proteins that have been hydrolyzed into smaller pieces, excluding casein from the cow's milk. Smaller whey protein is easier to digest, and therefore has a lower risk of adverse reactions to allergenic ingredients found naturally in milk. Since the hydrolysis process makes milk less viscous and because no starch has been added for consistency, this formula has a relatively thin consistency, which may make it easier for some babies to digest. Because HiPP HA Stage PRE is based on cow's milk, it is still lactose-based in the same way that breast milk is.
To improve natural gut health, HiPP HA Stage PRE contains probiotics and prebiotics. For additional help with brain, eye, and nervous system development HiPP HA Stage PRE contains omega-3 and omega-6 DHA and ARA. As your baby grows, this formula is also available in HiPP HA Stage 2.
You won't find any GMO ingredients, corn syrup, gluten, soy, peanuts extracts, refined sugars, and synthetic nutrients and preservatives in HiPP HA Stage PRE. Babies love the taste of this formula which has been specifically made to closely resemble the texture and flavor of natural breast milk.
